Small Soldiers: Special Edition
When a toy company inadvertantly installs military-grade microchips into soldier action figures, they commence their mission to find "Gorgon scum" and decimate a happy neighborhood in the process. DreamWorks SKG and Joe Dante teamed up for this animated attempt to re-create the magic of Toy Story, but the wit and charm of Pixar's mega-hit is left behind, leaving us with little more than a shrill, piercing, and ultimately tiresome movie that is best suited for entertaining small children.
